This first-floor renovation was completed under the direction of Christie Kenny, principal designer at Christie Kenny Interiors. Contributions included site visits, vendor and client meetings, developing a detailed floor plan in AutoCAD and SketchUp, building online 3D models, producing photorealistic renderings to visualize the design for the client, created and organized specification book for contractor, and, once the project was complete, assisting with styling the space for the professional photoshoot.
